Mediterranean Mince Bake - Moussaka style Cheese/tomatoes and other vegetables and spices. Always a favourite. Price: $20

Honey Lemon Chicken Oven-baked marinaded free range chicken thigh pieces and drumsticks coated with tangy sauce on bed of spiral pasta. Price: $20

Cold Roast Chicken Pieces Lightly herbed and free range of course. Price: $20

Italian Herbed Chicken Roasted free range chicken thigh with rosemary and garlic. Gourmet eating. Price: $20

Volunteers from Karri Country Good Food provide the dinner for this event, so please give them your support by ordering early before 21 February 2012 This makes it much easier to plan the quantities and ingredients are needed for the meals. We like to use good healthy local ingredients, so: Fruit and vegetables are locally grown using organic methods as far as possible. All milk and cream is produced by the local multi-award-winning Bannister Downs Dairy. All eggs are from local free range chooks. The chicken is Mt Barker Free Range. Beef is SW grass fed.
